Hotel am Bürgerpark in Tamm

No air conditioning and no bar but only an automatic coffee and no drinks

Room Ok, but there is no reception desk.only automatic machine,in case of unexpected problems or shortened stay you can do nothing..after call to service desk we had to send email with request,nothing what can be proceeded immediately..payment also must be done in advance obviously.

First of all, it's great that Tamm even has such a hotel. We could be on foot. Second, the room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern and almost like new. Only with the machine we couldn't get along and that you were almost all alone in the hotel. The price is too high.

Tammotel rooms are very clean, but no breakfast. Wifi is very poor. Some rooms have it but it can stop working. Depending on the room, there is no fridge. 24h automatic check in machine SW have to be improved. You cannot extend a room spountaneously to keep the one you already have. The machine will make you change the room. It also made a mistake in a spontaneous reservation extension in the monday morning, as if it were for the stay of sunday to monday. The Hotel staff on the phone are very helpfull, but until u are directed to them, you have to talk to a call center that does not have much information. The restaurant looks like closed all the time. There is nowhere to leave a luggage while guests are away. The card will just stop working after check out time 12.00 or11? not clear and u will not access ur luggages anymore. No website, same old tel. number available only in the reception.

There was a bit of confusion at first because it seems this hotel changed its name to Tammotel and there was conflicting signage. The hotel is simple and straightforward, clean and functional. Check-in is done self service on an automated machine, it may be not something that everybody will like, but for me worked wonderfully. Unfortunately Wi-Fi never worked on our room, while it was working for other guests. On the other hand the TV was working while some other guests complained theirs was not. Never got to see any staff with the exception of a cleaning lady who knocked to clean our room although we were 15 min away from Check out time and it was hard to communicate with her.

Not recommended anymore. Roast beef too tough and not really medium fried - although so ordered. Far behind what you expect in terms of taste. The prices are clearly overdrawn for this quality. Service is nice and hard-working, but you have to wave over from the next table (where she sits with friends and talking), so you can order a fresh drink. We will not eat there anymore. Too bad, was very nice there in the past.

As bad as there we have not eaten for a long time. Never again!!!

Have a wonderful wedding celebrated there :) the food tastes very good the atmosphere is great :) Gökmen and his whole team have tried very hard it has everything fit the party went until the wee hours ... You can only recommend it as well It is very nice to eat there and the food has a high quality and tastes delicious! Not to forget the rooms are lovingly decorated and also very clean! There is also a wellness area to relax below :) Thank you again for your commitment and your effort it was a dream wedding :)

When the previous restaurateur was still there and the restaurant was still called “Egelsee”, we were there for many years and gladly to eat. Some family celebrations were also held here. After the change, we initially went to the “Bürgerpark” a few times. However, in our eyes the “Bürgerpark” could never offer what we were used to from the “Egelsee”. Ambience, friendliness, service, customer orientation, quality, taste and last but not least the price-performance ratio ……. It just doesn't fit. The reviews of the “Bürgerpark” are remarkable, especially on Facebook. One can observe that negative reviews disappeared again after a very short time.

We were to 4th end of Sep. 2017. for dinner. The food was great the service was very friendly and all meals were served at the same time. Priced it is still in the frame. Cleanliness was also great. The salad was very good. The meat was in my opinion TOP started.

The very last! I call at 9 p.m. and reserve a room and say I'll be there in 30 - 45 minutes and then at 9:40 p.m. I stand in front of closed doors with bags and bags that night! And the number on the door that you should call when you come after the opening times, only the mailbox answers. That's absolutely outrageous.

Wanted to try the restaurant after changing ownership. We ordered a grill plate for two. Unfortunately, the vegetables as a side dish rather mushy and soaked in oil, so antipasta-like. The meat had completed the cooking stage completely. It was more through than through, dry and tough ... All in all, for us no repetition of needs.

I was there before the move. I was excited then. But this time, no. The service is overwhelmed even though there were hardly any customers. There were different menu plans with different prices. For desserts I took vanilla ice cream with hot raspberry sauce, the sauce wasn't thickened, but pure juice means made. It splashed, unbelievable. Never would have happened before. I don't go there anymore.

Very good food, friendly staff, very courteous, restaurant totally redesigned, it could possibly be a little more decoration, but that is not so important, what is on the plate. The place is also very clean. What is not possible, however, is that for a repeat order of 1 serving of spaetzle, 3.00 euros are collected! HELLO - it's still possible. There is a 2 star deduction. When I go out to eat, I want to be full for the price and not have a children's portion of spaetzle on the plate, so re-orders are made and the owner should see that the portions served are too lean, but an extra 3.00 euros Cashing in, I find that impossible (rip-off, because spaetzle are not expensive) and you can't win customers that way unless you don't need to. Spaetzle are cents, dear host, so the bottom line is that the price / performance ratio is no longer right. Otherwise I would have given 5 *, but not like that. If that happens to me again, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Just came spontaneously to eat with friends last week. Amazed how the restaurant looks now after renovation. No trace of the old "clubhouse flair". Modernly furnished but not overly designed. Food was impeccable. Waiting times were acceptable. Tasted great. You can't say anything about the price either. Staff was very nice and accommodating. A brunch menu is also offered here on weekends. I will try this out in the near future. Great! Keep it up!

The service here is a disaster. The staff is completely overwhelmed and seemingly poorly qualified. Orders take forever and if you still want to drink something, you have been unlucky. The empty plates accompany you for the rest of the evening. Two stars, because the food was at least enjoyable. The restaurant is again what it once was, namely the pub from the tennis hall.
